-- GARDNING TOOLS --
Written by: Alan Gardner
Circa. 1984
This is one of those programs
that really doesn't do anything
special. It can't figure out how
many 'fathoms' in a 'carat' or how
much resistance can be allowed in a
20MV/W resistor.
What this program does do is show
just how interesting an INPUT prompt
can be. For years I have been
bombarded with programs which have the
old boxical or rectangoliar cursor
blinking at me when the computer
wanted an input. Well, not any more!!
I wrote this program to demonstrate
the fact that an input prompt doesn't
have to be BORING. (I also wrote this
to make Jimmy stop calling me Toto.)
The program displays the cursor in
all four corners of the screen. It
also shows which characters make up
the particular cursor and where the
actual string for the cursor can be
found.
Hope you enjoy it and I hope to see
some PAYLOAD programs with this little
added feature.
